Horse Sales & Leases

Maplewood Farm is very excited to be opening our doors to the Worcester Polytechnic Institute Equestrian Team. At IHSA shows you do not need to own nor lease a horse to compete. Horses are provided by the hosting school, offering a unique opportunity for students. Tryouts are held at the beginning of both the Fall and Spring semesters. The hunt seat team competes both on the flat and over fences, and the horse show classes range from beginner walk/trot to advanced levels. Even if you've never ridden before, all are welcome at tryouts. WPI students interested in the team must be full-time undergraduates in good standing.

We encourage every equestrian currently enrolled at WPI to try out for the team this fall. Our goal is to be safe, have fun, and win. We cannot wait to meet everyone and for the season to start!
